Sharepoint protocol and Office 2013

After configuring sharepoint protocol on alfresco 4.2.e community edition, documents can be opened and saved in office 2013. But after going to File Info version information is not displayed and checkout option does not work.

Office shows under version - Server versions could not be retrieved.

catalina.out log shows the bellow error.
As far as i can see office 2013 puts the site name in front of the url that point to the document.

This behaviour is not present in office 2010. While using office 2010 all options are visible and working.
