Reset Share user dashboards

I have a user whose dashboard in Share has gone blank, potentially due to the configurations he has made to it. Is there a way for me (an admin user) to reset his dashboard configuration to see if this fixes the issue? I have managed to write a script to delete the dashboard preferences in explorer, but this only works for explorer and does nothing to the Share dashboard.
