I have a brand new, fresh, clean install of Windows Server 2012 That I have installed the community installation on with all the default settings. I noticed a 404 error and saw that the Tomcat service failed to start. The service refuses to start.

The Tomcat logs say the following:
[2014-05-29 10:44:10] [info]  [ 1156] Commons Daemon procrun (1.0.15.0 64-bit) started
[2014-05-29 10:44:10] [info]  [ 1156] Running 'alfrescoTomcat' Service…

[2014-05-29 10:44:10] [error] [ 2156] Failed creating java
[2014-05-29 10:44:10] [error] [ 2156] ServiceStart returned 1
[2014-05-29 10:44:10] [info]  [ 1156] Run service finished.

Yep that's about. Failed creating java….nothing. thanks log file. Any help would be much appreciated.
