Unable to upload files in the Share repository

Question asked by anilkumar2654 on Jan 22, 2015
Hi All,

We have Alfresco share repository ( CE 4.0 )in our office for the sharing the documents. We have been using it for a year now and we have n't had any problems. Now there are 3000 documents in the share and we are getting issues recently like not able to upload another version of the documents, cannot copy or move the folders in the Site, assigning permission fails etc. If we restart the tomcat server it would work for a while and again same problems persists.

The logs we see in the tomcat server is as follows :

Some times we are getting errors like host is blocked due to many connection errors and some times issues with database like below and we have overcome this issue flush hosts.

Could some one help to resolve the issue as Our entire team rely on the Alfresco share Repository for sharing the documents. We also monitored CPU and heap usage and they seems to be in the range. Also when we shutdown the tomcat server the java process seems to be running and we have to forcefully kill the process.

Do we need to enable any settings in order to resolve the issue any tips to resolve the issue will be great.
