JLAN stalls on Thumbs.db files (Windows 7)

Question asked by krischu on Nov 2, 2015
I was copying a directory tree from a Windows 7 client to a JLAN share published on a
Windows 7 server (with the Windows Server Service disabled of course).

Whenever the copy process arrived at trying to copy the Thumbs.db file it got stalled and only aborting helped at that point.

Using a DEL /S Thumbs.db in the top level directory to remove all Thumbs.db files helped in getting aroung the stalling.
