The purpose of the Create a case action is not clear foe me.
I cannot do anything useful in the dialog:
Maybe it is only a configuration issue in Jive?
We've got a connector between Salesforce and Jive going, so that we can create cases in salesforce, right from the community. It's not something we're actively doing right now - and I'm surprised you can see it. I'll check our permissions.
