No processes visible in demo.start with live IP address

Hi, just followed the 10 minute demo guide.
Works fine on localhost:8080/activiti-explorer. I can see all the predefined processes.

However, when I access this URL over the Internet (I'm hosting this on a public facing NAT'd server), everything is visible except the process definitions which remain blank.
For example:   100.100.100.100:8080/activiti-explorer

What configuration changes do I need to make for public IP access to Activiti?

Note - The firewall is open on 8080 and I can login to activiti-explorer and see users, the database tables etc. Just no processes.
