Webapp-rest.  Bug in ProcessInstanceResource class?

There is something I didn't understand in class  ProcessInstanceResource of the webapp-rest application.

At line 122 I see

        if (historicTaskInstance.getOwner() != null) {
          taskJSON.put("assignee", historicTaskInstance.getAssignee());
        } else {
          taskJSON.putNull("assignee");
        }

I think it should be

        if (historicTaskInstance.getAssignee() != null) { //<—
          taskJSON.put("assignee", historicTaskInstance.getAssignee());
        } else {
          taskJSON.putNull("assignee");
        }

But maybe I'm missing something.

Thanks in advance.

Bye
