Hi

I am new to this BPM space. I have worked on many projects that are developed conventionally, for which I have always used techniques like UCP, FPA or WBS to calculate the efforts required to develop the projects. However, since I am planning to propose BPMS tools like Activiti to one of my Customers I am looking for information on how to estimate efforts for BPM projects. I am pretty sure there exists one where in estimate accounts for number and complexity of the processes, services, rules, etc. I am also sure that the development time will be lesser than the conventional methods. I am just not able to find any reliable resource. Can anyone help?

Thanks.
