Unit tests with Activiti and AssertJ

Question asked by remibantos on Sep 25, 2015
Hello,

I often use AssertJ (http://joel-costigliola.github.io/assertj/) to write unit or integration tests.
I have noticed this project : https://github.com/camunda/camunda-bpm-assert, which is exactly what I'm looking for while writing tests using this template https://github.com/Activiti/activiti-unit-test-template.

So I have just started to work on this new project titled "activiti-assert" : https://github.com/remibantos/activiti-assert
Currently, it's basically a fork of camunda-bpm-assert with camunda engine imports replaced with activiti ones. But it might be worth to do something different from camunda project, so this project would not be a camunda-bpm-assert fork anymore, to be more suited to activiti engine.

What's your opinion on this ? Could it be part of activiti project?

Thanks,
Rémi
