Tasks not getting processed due to DB locks when using multiple Job Servers

Hello,

When doing performance testing, we are running into database locks that result in tasks not getting processed. This is happening only when we have more than one job server running. Per http://www.mastertheboss.com/jboss-jbpm/activiti-bpmn/clustering-activiti-bpmn page, the job will be executed by one of the engines. However, for us, some jobs are in unfinished state after the performance test completes. We see optimistic locking exceptions in the logs. Any pointers? We are using Activiti 5.1.17.
