ldap synchronized users missing 5.0.d

Question asked by oxfordak on Feb 7, 2017

Hello,

According to the alfresco logs, ldap synchronization works and the users are being created/updated but the users are missing when I searched for them in alfresco. However, from querying the database, I can see that the users in fact exist in there.

[DefaultScheduler_Worker-5] Synchronization,Category=directory,id1=ldap1,id2=6 User Creation and Association: Processed 42 entries out of 42. 100% complete. Rate: 129 per second. 0 failures detected.
2017-01-31 15:20:01,290 INFO [org.alfresco.repo.security.sync.ChainingUserRegistrySynchronizer] [DefaultScheduler_Worker-5] Synchronization,Category=directory,id1=ldap1,id2=6 User Creation and Association: Completed batch of 42 entries
2017-01-31 15:20:01,299 INFO [org.alfresco.repo.security.sync.ChainingUserRegistrySynchronizer] [DefaultScheduler_Worker-5] Finished synchronizing users and groups with user registry 'ldap1'

When I try to login as an ldap user, I get the below error:

"Your authentication details have not been recognized or Alfresco may not be available at this time."

How do I make these users show up in alfresco share website?.

Thanks.
