If a process designer leaves our organization, we have them share their processes/apps with a Process Modeler Group. We use Active Directory to manage our accounts, so when they are eliminated from that, their account syncs and becomes inactive in Activiti. When this happens, their processes/apps are no longer shared with anyone-- so other designers cannot reference those processes.
How can I resolve this? I imagine all organizations have turnover. It's not feasible to leave their account active, nor would it hold up in an audit to deploy processes from a single account.
