How cam I get access to Alfresco Support Portal ?

You need to enter into a license + support subscription agreement with Alfresco for any of their products (Alfresco Content Services / Alfresco Process Services), and be listed as the customer technical contact to be eligible to access the Support Portal. If you are already a customer, you need to find out who in your organisation is responsible for the Support Portal access and have them add you as a technical contact via a support ticket.
