How to repair a transaction that failed to index?

Hi

Using this http://localhost:8080/solr4/admin/cores?action=FIX unable to reindex the failed transaction.

1)The issue is cannot find the users name while searching.

2)Is their any method to redindex site wise.

Kindly suggest.
