What is it?
FormFactor is the electronic form solution for companies using Alfresco. It enables you to create and manage digital forms, automate form processes, and dramatically lower the cost and timelines of your form-based processes!
How does it work?
Think of FormFator like a Google Doc, but instead of word documents, SME's create fillable forms. All form fields get deployed as custom metadata instantly, so you don't have to worry about any development cost!
Once a document has been created, it is available for data entry. An end-user will fill out a form, a rendition of this submission (including all metadata) will be exported as a document to a space of your choosing. From here you can automatically fire workflow, file as a record, or even edit the form data (without having to start the process again).
FormFactor is currently available in English and Dutch - provide your own language pack for other languages.
