Advance search site search visibility

I am using Alfresco community version 5.2 as i have n  different sites and  n different users are assigned to different sites.

But in advance search it is showing all sites option to select for user even the user is not part of site. I am attaching a picture where you will understand the actual issue. As in the picture i have different site like Stest Department site, HR Depatment files, Finance files , Registrar files etc . But if a user is not a part of Accounts and finance site then why in advance search that option is coming for the user to select Accounts and Finance search even if he is not the member of Accounts and Finance site.

I want only specific site member can see the list of search site of which they are part. Like for user of STEST Department only Stest Department file can be visible to select.

From what i undertood, advance search is not tied to any site or user. It is expected whaever you are seeing. If you have a specific requirement for site specific advance search, then you have to implemented a custom one. Its not available by default.
