Am unable to view reports on Alfresco Users. For example ( report on audit per user, active users) are not showing but the other reports work fine

What the catalina.out log file says?
In case of error you should see a detailed description of the issue there,

If you might need a "more user friendly interface" you could check the Data Quality checker.
Below the link to the feature (it exists on AAAR and Alflytics too).

I checked my logs have attached it here. Can't phantom the logs

This is the Alfresco's log file.
Please check the catalina.out on Pentaho side.
You will find the issue in there.

The says: broken pipe on java.io.

This is typically a connection issue.

Also the message on top ("Could not get content generator: null") should mean a problem in reaching the endpoint.

My connection is fine because other reports works well is just the Auditable Ones

Maybe there is something else in the log?
