Create rule in folder with group directed workflow

Hello! I am designing my quality system with alfresco and I have the following question.
I want a user to add a document to the "Nonconformities" folder to start a workflow targeting a group.

I have seen that alfresco allows me to create rules for the folder, but it only allows me to create a simple workflow, not directed to a group.

How can I create a rule that starts the workflow directed at a group instead of a simple one?

I think the easiest way is to build a script that runs it.
