creating custom page and saving page details in alfresco database is possible ??????

Actually I want to create custom page like taking firstname,lastname,age and one document uploading after that want to submit the page form those details need to save.Is it possible to do if yes then please guide me to do this.

Yes you can do it by using Custom DataList,

Please check the default Data List  in site like Contact List,etc first.
