After someone in the infrastructure team rolled back a snapshot on the alfresco server we have setup we lost a number of files that had been added between the time the snapshot was taken and the snapshot was rolled back. That said, the database and solr still seem to think the documents are there which is causing some headaches. The system is otherwise working properly.
What would be our next steps to resolve this, should we be removing the database records or is there a better method to fix this?
Hi!
Looks like the restore was not performed properly because when you are restoring an Alfresco backup it should contains filesystem, database and solr index (this can be optional). If you have those nodes missing, you can delete from your database and reindex solr.
Check this post.

Cristina.
