Hello,
after a restart of the server where AlfrescoCM is installed,
we are no longer able to log in. The login mask replies with
the following message:
The authentication details have not been recognized or
Alfresco Content Services may not be available at this time.
Can you give me some advice on what to check?
Thank you all.
Take a look at catalina.out log file.
Hi Angel, I have opened the file you have indicated to me, but I cannot understand what the problem might be. The DB seems to be ok because I can access it from the outside. Can you help me in analyzing the file?
Hi @riccardo1,
Can you post the relevant part catalina output here? Paste it using the </> code tags.
Hi Eddie,
thank for help you are offering me.
Hi @riccardo1.
I'm looking at your file now & will report back if I find anything helpful.
Hi Eddie,
thank you very much for your support.
I hope the origin of the problem can be found so we can prevent it.
Best regards and thanks again.
The log shows that alfresco.war is not being started.
How did you install the product?
Hi Angel,
for the installation of Alfresco War I followed the instructions on the link
https://docs.alfresco.com/5.2/tasks/alf-war-install.html
All files are present in the folders indicated in the instructions.
The platform has been working properly for almost a year without any problems in :
VM Windows server 2012 R2 Standard , Number 2 Processor AMD EPYC 7551 32-Core, 6 GB RAM.
It might be useful for analysis, to know that the reboot was done due to the saturation of the ram.
Probably due to an error loading a file, but I'm not sure why it was no longer possible to access the server.
I ask you if you can access the login page without Alfresco.WAR .
Thanks again for your interest in the issue
Best regards.
Hi angel,
in the previous message I wanted to ask you if you open the login page without Alfresco War starting.
Best regards.
