I uploaded a model ZIP to http://localhost:8080/alfresco/s/api/cmm/upload. Now, i'dd like to also activate this model using AP...

As far as I know the Content Model Manager does not have any public APIs at the moment. Everything is done via "internal", UI-specific API requests.
