I want to add some new features in my Alfresco enterprise edition .How should I add?

I am not able to freeze the document .How should I do that?

Please explain what you mean by "freeze the document". There can be varying degrees of "freezes" from simple read/write locks to full-fleged legal holds used in Records Management.

I want that  some users should have only read-only documents.They should not have  rights to download the file and copy some content from the file?how should I add functionality in my latest alfresco version 5.2 and 201701 version.
