Inability to Install PDF toolkit in Alfresco community 5.0

Good day All,

I am trying to install pdf toolkit in alfresco community 5.0, once I run the "apply_amps" script it shows me that the module has been installed (you can see that in the image attached) but when it gets to 'about to clean out tomcat/webapps/alfresco directory and temporary files, press any key to continue", everything after that becomes "denied".

I have also checked the url: http://<host><port>/share/page/modules/deploy, and I cannot see the modules  being deployed. It does not show any of the modules. Find the images below:

I have followed the process as defined here: https://github.com/OrderOfTheBee/alfresco-pdf-toolkit/tree/master

But it still does not deploy any of the modules.

I would be grateful if anyone has any solution they can offer to me.

Thank you @abhinavmishra14 I am just seeing your response on the other thread but I have been able to resolve the issues using the same procedure you explained.
