Whitch application: Share or Workspace?

MS Word document automaticaly transforms to pdf for preview purpose. Please make clear your question.

You have to apply transformation server to Your project. Clean instruction: https://docs.alfresco.com/transform-service/latest/install/

How would I know?

I downloaded it and ran it.  Where does it specify "share" or "Workspace"?
