And you've installed on
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ LibreOffice 5

How can connect them

and

have added the Arabization of the system,
 but I want to know you can keep the interface in English and how it

You can find out how to configure LibreOffice with Alfresco in the documentation. The rest of the question is somewhat unclear to me - partially because the sentences are incomplete / broken up.
