Dear All,
I am trying to use Alfresco to manage project documentation. With my colleagues we agreed that an Alfresco site represents one of our project. Within the site we are creating a folder structure to store the relevant documentation.
I was searching the net and forums to see whether I would be able to assign custom properties to a site. On a project level I would like to store information like: Project Manager, fiscal year start, fiscal year end, program code, project type (new, rehab, development, etc).
Is it possible? if not, any of you aware of an add-on which provides such or similar functionality?

Thanks for the pointer, once I solved the auto creation of appointment based on a mail sent by Alfresco, I get back to this one.
