I need to move one site from DEV server to the PROD server. The solutions referenced in the below URL's will perform the farm backup and restore.
How do i backup a site from one server and restore it to another server?

To fix the issue of restoring points those have disappeared go for Windows Server Backup 2019. Here you have to install it as a Windows Feature by making use of Server Manager or PowerShell. After installation just go for the following steps. First just open Server Manager, tap the option of Tools, pick Windows Server Backup and press Local Backup. Now on the Action menu press Backup and on the Backup options page tap Different options before you tap Next. Here now choose the backup configuration page, tap Custom, and then press Next. Here then tap Add Items to choose the volume(s) to be backed up, and then press Next. In the Specify destination write page, press Local drives or Remote shared folder before you press Next. In case you pick Local drives, the Select Backup Destination page will pop up so just choose an option from the Backup destination dropdown, and tap on Next. If can you pick Remote shared folder, the Specify remote folder page will open so just state a UNC path for the backup files and configure access control settings. Press https://appuals.com/how-to-perform-backup-and-restore-in-windows-server-2019/ to learn more. At the end on the Confirmation screen, press the option that says Backup and when all of this will be done press Close to exit the Backup Once Wizard and exit Windows Server Backup.
