Store files dynamically under respective sites

Dear Community,

I want to store files dynamically under different sites in share. Suppose, I create a document in front-end under the department Administration then it should store the file under the Administration site. Likewise, if I create a file in the IT Department in frontend then the file should be stored under the IT Site in share.

please help.

Can you explain what do you mean with "create a document in front-end"?

By "create a document in front-end" I mean, HTML Form which is connected to the process model.

This HTML form will accept data and on the basis of the data, the file should be created and stored under a particular site.
