The workflow could not be started - Alfresco version 6.1.1

Hi,
Configure in alfresco-global.properties

Look:
# Outbound Email Configuration
mail.host = smtp.gmail.com
mail.port = 465
mail.username=xxx@yyy.com.br
mail.password = xxxx
mail.encoding = UTF-8
mail.from.default=xxx@yyy.com.br
mail.protocol = smtps
mail.smtps.starttls.enable = true
mail.smtps.auth = true
mail.from.enabled = false

When clicking a workflow, the following error message occurs:
03060003 Failed to start workflow activiti $ activitiAdhoc: 1: 4.

Hi @jbrasil,

It might be useful if you could provide more of the log output. In the meantime, there are some useful pointers in this thread about outbound email configuration.
