unable to view my files in alfresco dashboard

Hi ,

Unable to view my files in the alfresco dashboard. Please find the attached log below.

Is there any way to retrieve the .bin file or how to get the view of my files. Please find the below screenshot for reference. It shows a loading document library later its doesn't show anything in my view.

Can you see your user folder in Company Home?

Admin Tools > Node Browser > workspace://SpacesStore/......... > app:company_home > app:user_homes > cm:"UserName" > ...

Can you find this node Admin Tools > Node Browser > storeroot

I'm getting the same problem.

When checking:

Admin Tools > Node Browser > workspace://SpacesStore/......... > I got this: 07260565 Request failed 500 /solr/alfresco/afts?wt=json&fl=DBID%2Cscore&rows=100&df=TEXT&start=0&locale=en_US&alternativeDic=DEFAULT_DICTIONARY&fq=%7B%21afts%7DAUTHORITY_FILTER_FROM_JSON&fq=%7B%21afts%7DTENANT_FILTER_FROM_JSON

Admin Tools > Node Browser > storeroot > I got this: 
workspace://SpacesStore/27c145eb-c77c-465a-9201-edcf95d03295

I'm using the user that created the site and I can not see the files but when I login with local Admin, I can access and see all the files..
