Hello Guys,
We have a certain user in our organization who regularly receives activity Email Notifications from the sites where she belongs. Then a few weeks ago, this user no longer receives the Email Notifications while the other site members still receives Email Notifications. She also hasn't changed her settings since and we have double checked it also and is enabled in her settings.
We also have tried to view her settings through Webscript and is also set to receive email notifications.
We also tried refreshing her settings by disabling and re enabling through her Profile and also through cURL but still didn't solve the issue.
Are there any other ways to determine and fix this issue?
We're using Alfresco Enterprise Edition 4.1.10.
Feel free to ask additional details.
Thanks!
Ramil Ramasola
EDIT: Also checked on user's Spam folder. No Alfresco emails there.
Hi,
Could you please review log files?. Maybe it contains more information about the issue.
Moreover, check your mail server logs. Are mails reaching to your mail server?
Regards,
Is it verified, that the mail isn't dropped by the receiving account - maybe as spam or sorted out by other mail filters?
Sorry I forgot to mention it ... We also looked in the user's spam folder and the other folders as well, still no Alfresco emails found.
We've checked the Alfresco logs, no info about it.
As for the mail server logs, I'll ask our infra team, thanks for that suggestion. BTW, isn't that weird that other users receive Alfresco Emails (meaning it is reaching the mail server) and this specific user does not?
- yes, weird - a last dumb question: the email-address is configured correctly in the alfresco user profile?
Relating to this. If your users come from an external LDAP / AD: Did you experience or see problems regarding syncronization of users accounts ?

Mail user quotas, maybe ?

@Martin Yup it is configured properly
@Cesar - Nope, users are not coming from LDAP
