I guess you mean for v6. In which case Activiti/modules/activiti-admin at 6.x · Activiti/Activiti · GitHub  and Activiti/modules/activiti-rest at 6.x · Activiti/Activiti · GitHub . Or the code for the rest API with the kickstart app is at Activiti/modules/activiti-ui/activiti-app-rest at 6.x · Activiti/Activiti · GitHub . If it's v5 you're interested in (though I don't think it is) then look under Activiti/modules at 5.x · Activiti/Activiti · GitHub
