Hello,
We are using alfresco's workflow to create some folders. We have several users on our platform, each one can create folder but we can access to this process only when we are connected to alfresco with the user's account.
We wonder if we have a solution, like an admin account, allowing to access to process's of all users.
Thanks,
Amandine
It sounds like this is a question about permissioning for workflows in the Alfresco Content Repository. The forum section Alfresco Process Services & Activiti (BPM) is devoted to the Activiti and Alfresco Process Services standalone applications. My impression is that this question would sit better and get a quicker response under Alfresco Content Services (ECM) . But feel free to leave it here if you feel it is an Activiti question.
It might also help to know if this is about interactions via a REST API or a java API and if there are specific actions you'd want to be able to take as an admin user - is it just listing tasks or do you also need to be able action tasks on behalf of another user?
thank you Ryan for your answer. I'm going to do that
