I want to explore database design in activiti 5. Today, I tried to draw a ER diagram via reverse engineering by ERmaster. Surprisingly, it results 26 isolated entities (corresponding to original tables), without any relationship.
Is that the truth of the design, or it is my fault in revers engineering?
Looking forward hearing from you.
Happy new year!
Leon
The schema is quite simple for Activiti Community Edition and the DDL can be found in the build here:
Activiti/modules/activiti-engine/src/main/resources/org/activiti/db/create at master · Activiti/Acti...
The users guide also talks a little about the naming convention for the tables here:
Activiti User Guide - Database Table Names Explained
Hope this helps,
Greg
Hi, Greg,
Thanks for your valuable information. I'm going to have a look there.
Happy new year!
