unable to subscribe RSS feed and mail notification in new alfresco hub

All,

    I want to recieve notification on any new issues created or updated. previously with old community site i was able to ge this feature but i am unable to find what settings i have to change in my profile. Please help me around on this

   one option i tried by clicking on options and the subscribe which is giving xml error.

I talked to the hub coordinator and was told that although you get that XML error, the subscription should have worked.

I was told that this should have worked despite the XML error. Are you receiving any notifications?

   I tried the option many times i get the xml error but still i am unable to get any notification on any forum or any page i subscribe.

   One more thing to  mention here is that my subscription in my profile doesnt show any of the subscription i have subscribed.

    Thanks for taking this issue on priority. Please confirm once the issue is reolved as i m waiting for my favourite alfresco process corener to send the issue and updates to my mail id.This is very important in the sense where people are contributing with there expertise on the system and also getting to know about the issues other facing in the system.

What RSS tool are you using?

Also - are you expecting the hub to notifgy you of changes?

This issue is reproduced when i am trying to click on Options-> Subscribe to RSS Feed i am getting following XML error

There is a "subscribe" feature that allows you to subscribe to topics (as shown below). This will provide you with an email update anytime there is activity on this thread. You can view your subscriptions from MySubscriptions under your profile icon.
