How to download Alfresco ADF, step by step?

I'm new using adf and created the repository:
alfresco-content-app

https://github.com/Alfresco/alfresco-content-app.git

After that I ran:

npm install

 then I ran:

npm start

Until then the project worked without any problems. I am getting this authentication screen and I don't know what to do, I don't know what credentials to put or if there are configurations, just to remember that I am using ADF for development environment.

Who helps, from now on, I would be very grateful.

this application works with the Alfresco Content Services backend... so the credentials are those you configured for the backend
