How to run alfresco6.0.7 by checkout the code source in eclipse

Can someone give me directives( step by step) how to import alfresco 6 projet in eclipse.
I want to run alfresco by using eclipse.  
I'm a new alfresco developer. I simple want to develope my knwledge rapily.
