starting alfresco application, screen 'Loading' doesn't end or screen flashes endlessly

creating an ADF application in Alfresco tutorials :

starting the application by running : npm start

browser opens with url http://localhost:4200/   A message appears on blank white screen 'Loading . . . ' and this continues without end on Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. Same result in Chrome. In Firefox, the screen flashes between all white and what looks like the Alfresco desktop. 

Any ideas?

Is there anything in the Alfresco logs, or even in the developer console in the browser?

Hello Sir,

I have installed alfresco community edition 6.2 using docker compose in windows 10 pro. I am trying to customize it using adf. I have configured alfresco adf using instructions from the link below:

After configuration, i run npm start. I do not get the expected page. It is loading endlessly and does not stop.

Can you tell us how much memory you have assigned to Alfresco? Also, is there anything in the logs that might help? Finally, are all the other bits, like the database, up and running?
