Error Al inicar Alfresco

Muy buenas,

Ando trasteando para poder sincronizar los grupos de AD de un Windows 2003 Server en alfresco 3.0 Stable y estoy teniendo un problemilla que no entiendo.

Aqui os dejo lo que e sintetizado del log:

Ummm, he ojeado este post y según comentan es porque no tienes bien configurado el acceso al ldap.
Ojea este manual (página 82) y fíjate si tienes la misma configuración

Si no te sirve, comentanos donde anduviste trasteando a ver si podemos ayudarte más concretamente (¿configuración ldap?) =)
