How to access global variables in task list

This might be similar to what I'm trying to do so I'd like to ask the same question here. I'm using the adf-process-list to display running processes as part of my application. However, I'd like to be able to display values of specific process instance variables. Is there a way to do this using just the adf-process-list custom schema? Thanks!
