How update ftl templates (not webscript)

Hi,
i create many custom templates in /share/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/templates.
Whenever I change one, i have to restart alfresco tomcat.
Is there a way to refresh templates without restart?

Alfresco version: 4.2.e
